WestRock's CanCollar® is a family of durable, paperboard-based multipack solutions for cans.
CanCollar® is an innovative family of fiber-based multipack solutions for canned beverages that enables brands to transition from hard to recycle single-use plastic rings and shrink film to a paperboard solution. The CanCollar family combines optimized package design with WestRock's CarrierKote® paperboard to deliver a robust and efficient multipack solution. CarrierKote is a renewable, responsibly sourced, paperboard, containing up to 15% recycled content.
All CanCollar designs use a minimal amount of paperboard material to achieve the required supply chain performance and meet consumer expectations of convenience, portability and recyclability after use. CanCollar does not use any glue or adhesives and relies on the robustness of the tooth design for pack retention. Its surface can be printed or embellished to reinforce brand elements and elevate the consumer experience. The range of package styles within the CanCollar family, enabled by CanCollar Fortuna®, WestRock’s high-speed automation solution, offers brands a unique degree of flexibility to meet their consumers’ needs.
